Went to pickup my pizza and door was locked. All employees were on cellphones and didin't bother to help me. After a few minutes a guy pointed his finger to the side. Went to the drive thru and asked the guy why is their no sign saying after a certain time use drive thru. He said not his problem he is the minimum wage guy and if people don't pick up their food that is fine. Yea - we can understand why you are the minimum wage guy.
Terrible customer service! They don't even deserve the one star. I called to cancel an order and they kept hanging up on me. The first time the guy put me on hold for 20 minutes and then finally somebody else answered and when I told him I wanted to cancel, he hung up. The second time I called to make sure I would receive a refund and the same guy answered and immediately put me on hold. After 30 minutes of being on hold I hung up. So frustrated and will be reporting them if a refund isn't issued... very rude employees.
I have never been to a papa johns but i like the colour red. I give this papa johns a 9/11 because it requires further investigation.
Literally they have been “boxing” my pizza for over an hour. According to the pizza tracker. This place is always horrible when it comes to delivery times and customer service. They have one extremely good driver that always smiles and brings plates and napkins and then they have another driver that won’t even walk to my door and honks his horn in my driveway until I come down. Then complains to me about the driveway and the stairs. This place needs to revamp the whole staff because this is crazy. The owner of this place should be ashamed.
It’s taken two hours for my pizza to “be on the way”. Hell I could’ve walked to the store and back by the time they showed up. If Malcom is the delivery driver with the glasses and the beard y’all need to take that man and make him the store manager immediately and get him a great staff. He is an extremely thoughtful driver that always remembers his orders correctly.
If you want great service never ever order from this Papa Johns. I have never had a more frustrating situation. As a parent I was just trying to feed my children and get them food and a timely fashion. After asking to speak to a supervisor I waited 25 additional minutes before placing my order. After speaking with Lee who was a customer service woman that has the most disrespectful and patient attitude I have ever seen. She also told me that she was frustrated and that they are understaffed. This is something she should have kept to herself and I only wanted to make an order. After 38 minutes of waiting I placed my order and was told my order would be here under an hour. I would suggest never ordering from this restaurant if you are interested in a specific time to get your food or if you want great customer service. My suggestion would be to order Marco's Pizza it is a new pizza restaurant on Veterans Memorial. The customer service is great and all the staff are extremely happy to be at work and extremely grateful to be at work at to make folks happy. I will do everything in my power to make sure my experience today does not happen to any other customer who is interested in Papa John's services.
