I had been searching for the best Dental care. I found it here. They show great patient service all the time. My appointments are on time, it is very clean, and smells great inside, they are very imformative and really help me improve my dental hygiene. They also give little treats and coupons to help with the cost. DR. Swiger is awesome. Hes abrasive to a lot of new tecniques and he always makes you feel at home. I love all the staff. No complaints. I am happy to be a patient here. I recommend.
My husband and I have been coming to this dental office for several years and have always had a very positive experience. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledge and Dr. Swiger is a wonderful dentist. We always feel that the health of our teeth is a 'team' effort -- that they really do care about us and our needs.
I called yesterday to see if I could come in to get a wisdom tooth pulled. I've had it done before but the experience wasn't good at all so I was really nervous. Coming to this office Shelly and Dr. Swiger really helped calm down my nerves and gave me the best advice. He numbed my mouth really good and when he pulled my tooth I didn't even know it was out. So thank you! I will be returning.
I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. Fear and neglect facilitated a potentially horrific dental experience. Dr. Swiger and his staff were kind, understanding and loving that I, a big scary cat, will finally get a smile that I can be proud to show. Thank you.
The lady at the front desk, without any hesitation, kindly arranged for the doctor to see us. Dr. Swiger and his bilingual assistant Jessica, were so understanding, compassionate and prompt to help us in that stressful situation that it brought us to tears, not of humiliation but of comfort.
They started again the treatment for my mom, and we have the hope that it will end well. Until then, I cannot give the 5 stars, not yet.
Unfortunately, back in May 2017, we didn't choose Cobb Family Dentist first for my mom's procedure. Their quote for the job was higher than the practice across the street. Of course, we decided to go the lower cost route. Bad choice!! After two months of dealing with the across-the-street practice on Floyd Rd, the last day of the procedure we were treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully that it brought us to tears.
In the distress and confusion of the moment, that same day we decided to go back and try Cobb Family Dentist. I requested, I pleaded for the doctor to see my mom and to help us in any way.
